it is also a quest reward but i forgot from which quest. i think from a piken square one. or it was one from serenity temple. *edit: Supllies of the Duke quest. This is just the stupidest skill I've ever seen. -20 less armor is nothing when you get enchantments that give you +30 armor or whatnot. It also takes a full 3 seconds to cast and cost 10 energy. If it were to be reduced to 5 energy and 1 second to cast it may be an extra help for wars and worth to put on a skillbar.
